RAQS IN THE CITY SESSION - July 25th

Kelvia Mitri-Meda is an award-winning Oriental dance artist, choreographer, and instructor based in Connecticut. Founder of the Middle Eastern Dance Academy of Connecticut and Viva Dance & Fitness Center for the Arts, she is known for her dynamic stage presence and expertise in Lebanese and Egyptian styles.

At Raqs in the City Sessions, she will teach:

112:30pm-2pm – Lebanese Modern Oriental: explore musicality, stylization, and expressive combinations inspired by Lebanese performance style.

2:30pm-4:30pm – On the Stage: a performance-focused session on stage presence, confidence, and connecting with the audience.
